By using Swimmer's Notes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Swimmer's Notes is a swim training log application available on iOS, Android, and the web. It allows users to log workouts, track personal bests, and monitor swim gear usage.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the app, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings. Refunds are handled per the platform's refund policy.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all workout data you enter. We claim no intellectual property rights over your training data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app includes offline functionality to mitigate connectivity issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Swimmer's Notes is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or training decisions made based on app data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
